ROOK is a job-matching platform built for medical and veterinary sales professionals. We source job listings directly from employer career sites, from recruiters and employers who post directly, and from other job data sources, and use an AI-assisted scoring system to match candidates with relevant opportunities based on their stated experience and preferences.
ROOK is intended for working professionals 18 years of age or older.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and profile, including an accurate résumé. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
ROOK is a paid subscription service. There is no free tier. Your subscription fee is billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the résumé and profile information you provide. You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, or use ROOK for any unlawful purpose.
Recruiters and employers may post job listings directly to ROOK. All such postings are reviewed before being made visible to candidates, but ROOK does not independently verify every detail of a recruiter-submitted posting the way it verifies listings pulled directly from an employer's own career site.
ROOK uses AI to calculate match scores and, at your request, to generate application materials such as tailored résumé summaries, cover letters, and interview preparation notes. These materials are generated only from information you have actually provided — ROOK does not invent employers, job titles, dates, or accomplishments. Match scores and AI-generated content are tools to assist your job search; they are not a guarantee of interview, offer, or employment outcomes, and you should review any AI-generated content before using it.
ROOK's platform, matching technology, and branding are the property of ROOK. You retain ownership of your résumé and the personal information you provide.
ROOK is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any job listing remains open, accurate, or available, since listings are sourced from third-party employer sites and can change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROOK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of ROOK after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
